Compassion Restoration is an online therapy and training service so we are not restricted to location and our designated office ensures we can keep any interpution to a minimum.
The initial consultation is complimentary and gives the time and space to decide if we are going to work together. If we proceed, a regular weekly or fortnightly time and day will be agreed. Sessions last approximately an hour although longer can be considered and are charged pro-rata, payable after the session, by bank transfer. Whilst I do have a small number of concessionary places these are currently full, however I do run a waiting list so please dont hesitate to get in touch.
