Compassion Restoration is an online therapy and training service so we are not restricted to location and our designated office ensures we can keep any interpution to a minimum.
The initial consultation or Assessment session is complimentary and gives the time and space to decide if we are going to work together. If we proceed, a regular weekly or fortnightly time and day will be agreed. Sessions last approximately an hour, payable after the session, by bank transfer or cheque. I do have a small number of concessionary places, which can be discussed at the first session.
